A pioneering 47-hectare mixed-use community combining housing, commercial services, and renewable energy.

Strategy: Mixed-use development featuring smart housing, medical and educational institutions, retail centers, and sustainable energy systems including solar and biomass.

Impact: Expected to house over 10,000 residents, create 2,500+ direct jobs, and generate 5–8 MW of renewable energy. Will serve as a model for replicable green urban development.

Rehoboth Student Housing – Ghana

A purpose-built 6,765-bed student accommodation complex on University of Cape Coast campus.

Strategy: BOT partnership endorsed by Ghana’s Office of the President, offering long-term lease to resolve university housing deficits.

Impact: Will house over 6,700 students, generate ~1,000 construction and operational jobs, and increase educational access and campus safety.

The Residences – Diplomat City, Ivory Coast

Secure diplomatic housing community including 400 villas, 150 apartments, a primary school, and commercial center.

Strategy: High-end residential development in Bassam tailored to foreign service officials and dignitaries.

Impact: Serves 3,000+ residents, creates 1,200 jobs, and enhances the region’s reputation as a diplomatic gateway.

Affordable Housing Program – Kenya

Ambitious plan to develop 500,000 affordable housing units with supporting infrastructure nationwide.

Strategy: Multi-phase PPP rollout with private developers, leveraging Kenya’s Affordable Housing Program framework.

Impact: Targets over 2.5 million residents, creates 100,000+ jobs, stimulates local building materials markets.

Ethical trading of high-demand minerals with local mining cooperatives and verified sourcing protocols.

Strategy: Facilitate structured mineral exports by connecting vetted sellers to global buyers through verified supply chains.

Impact: Supports 2,000+ artisanal miners, generates export income, and strengthens traceability in commodity markets.

Biofloc Aquaculture & Agribusiness – Africa

Commercial farming of catfish, tilapia, and shrimp using biofloc systems combined with organic produce cultivation.

Strategy: Low-footprint aquaculture and climate-smart agribusiness models for domestic and export markets.
These systems reduce input costs, increase protein yield per square meter, and position local producers for rapid scale. 

Impact: Enhances food security, provides 500+ jobs, and unlocks scalable agro-export potential in local markets.

Export-focused trading of cocoa, sugar, and specialty crops tied to climate-resilient farming cooperatives.

Impact: Empowers 5,000+ smallholder farmers, boosts rural income, and strengthens West Africa’s share in global specialty commodities markets.
